From Raw Concrete to a Showroom-Grade Floor
Most garage floors are an afterthought — cracked, stained, and collecting dust. Our epoxy systems change that completely. We begin every project with professional-grade diamond grinding to open the concrete surface and ensure maximum coating adhesion. From there, we apply a multi-layer epoxy system tailored to your space — whether that's a light decorative chip for a clean, bright look or a full broadcast flake system for maximum texture and durability. Every finish is moisture-resistant, chemical-resistant, and built to handle the demands of daily use. The result is a floor that looks as good as it performs.

Epoxy flooring is most commonly installed in garages, but it also works extremely well in utility rooms, workshops, storage areas, and commercial spaces. Any concrete slab in good structural condition is a candidate for an epoxy coating system.

Epoxy bonds chemically with the concrete surface. If the surface isn't properly opened through diamond grinding, the coating won't adhere correctly and will peel or flake over time. Our prep process is what separates a long-lasting installation from one that fails within a year.

Light chip systems use a smaller broadcast of decorative flakes, giving a subtle, refined look with a mostly solid base color showing through. Full chip systems cover the entire floor surface with flakes, hiding imperfections, adding grip, and creating a bolder visual impact. Medium chip falls in between and is one of our most popular options.

A professionally installed epoxy system with proper prep typically lasts 10 to 20 years in a residential garage environment. Longevity depends on traffic levels, maintenance, and how well the initial surface prep was performed — which is why we never cut corners on that step.

In most cases, yes. Minor cracks and surface stains can be addressed during the prep phase before the coating is applied. We assess the condition of your concrete upfront and let you know if any structural repairs are needed before proceeding with the epoxy system.
